Cap Measuring Guide

Ideally, try on a cap to best determine your size. In the absence of a physical sample, follow these steps:
  • Use a tape measure to measure around your head: For best results, use a plastic/cloth tape measure. Alternately, you may use a piece of string or cord and then measure the length of the cord. This measurement is a "two-person" event and is nearly impossible to accurately do by yourself.
  • Measure across your brow (approx 1" above eye brows) and slightly above your ears, remembering we are all made from a different mold and not all ears and eyebrows are in the same place.
  • Keep in mind when measuring, where your cap is going to sit on your forehead. It is important that the tape measure is parallel to the floor.
Consider the shape of your head, caps are pre shaped to an average oval shape. If you have a more narrow or round head than "average", consider adjusting up to the next higher size.

Upon receipt, your cap should fit snug, but not too tight and should sit where you took your measurements from, approximately one inch above the eye brows and ears.

When ordering, if your size is not correct, your cap will NOT fit.
Please order in inches unless you know your actual cap size.
